Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@mjhammer.com with your order details and reason for return.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

If You Received The Wrong Color

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
